What a journey in this crazy market to land our dream house without a compromise! This was not an easy journey, but knowing that I have Kamal and Jaki by our side made it a lot easier. You would expect to be treated like a client, one of many, but seriously I felt like we are part of their immediate family! Day or night, even during dinner they would pick up and answer any question. I probably asked the same questions over and over because I want to make sure I make the right decision and I never felt they were bothered by repeating the answers. Kamal and Jaki covered the realtor and mortgage broker part and that’s what sealed the deal for us and made the offer on the house standout! The seller’s realtor saw they had all my paperwork and loan in order and they loved that because they didn’t want to pick a buyer who couldn’t close the deal later. Qualifying to buy a house is full of surprises so hope for the best and prep for the worst and that’s exactly what Kamal did. He had plan A, B and C! Seriously he was ready for all the curve balls that got thrown at us during the purchase. During the home inspection Kamal was with me (for 3 hours!!!) waiting for the verdict on the house even though he could have just waited for the report to be sent to his email. He choose to be there for me in case I had any questions or concerns and this is why my family has been dealing with Kamal and Jaki since 2012 with any purchase or refinance and will continue doing so. Best part about dealing with the duo is they don’t force anything on you. I’ve seen countless houses, more than I can remember, and even backed out from purchasing some and they never made me feel bad about it. They truly want you to be happy and confident about the decision you’re making. When we got the keys to the house I saw them as happy as my parents were and that showed how genuine they were because if this was just a job for them they would have shaken hands and moved on. Their years of experience, their connections, knowledge and work ethics are PRICELESS! Thanks you Kamal and Jaki for making what seemed impossible come true. You’re the hands of God that worked on getting this house for us and I truly appreciate all the hard work you’ve put in to make this happen
